Cheapoair refuses to shed any light on my refund. I have waited over 60 days (two business cycles) for my refund. They don't know where my money is. They are unprofessional. I have worked with them. I have given them all of my information (including my bank statements. Yet, they refuse to meet me halfway.

This is about 75735991. In addition, they emailed me at 1 in the morning about a flight change for 75846250. By the time I could respond, they canceled the flight. Then they told me I have to pay a fine and that I won't be able to get a full refund because of their incompetence. I have lost a lot of money and time because of their poor service.
