Complaint Review: Pet Products & Supplies

Beware of purchasing anything from Cheap Pet Products.net. They appear to have a legitimate website, address and phone. I ordered 2 products (bird feeders of a certain size). PayPal is the only way you can pay. I received one of the 2 products (wrong size, wrong quantity) and was charged the entire amount. Did not include packing slip. Called to see if I could return. Phone just rings off the hook. No one ever answers and I've called at least 20 times. No way to return items. Called PayPal and they were of no help even after filing a claim. Their answer was that they are "only a processing" company. They (PayPal) should be liable for allowing this company to use their services as I am not the only one with a problem with this company/site- I would suggest googling this company to see the other comments. This is a fly-by-night company that most likely does not own any products but drop ships them and appears to be a one-man-show company. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company.
