Complaint Review: Cheapseats.com Onetravel

Bottome line: I was ripped of $300 by OneTravel, the company running Cheapseats.com and onetravel.com .

They owned me $226.94 credit (for a cancled flight) since last March (File Number 39H7IN). Last August I called their exchange department and was tole that they need to charge me an additonal $75 then return me $301.94 to my Mastercard.

How fool I was! I never got the money back. After about 6 more calls thoughout last year, a letter from One Travel (research department: Anna Farewell) sent me a letter stated that the company filed bankrupcy protection in July 2006 (NOTE: the month before they charged me $75 additional). They refused to return my money and asked me to contact a court in Texas
regarding the issue. Or they said in the phone conversation that I can file compaint to BBB.

I'm going to use lots of energy to fight this evil coorporation. How you can ripoff you customer using bankrupcy excuse while still running the bussiness!!!
