I ordered Airline tickets online with Cheaptickets.com a few months ago and today I noticed a charge to my credit card for TLG*GREATFN

After careful research, I noticed that the TLG*GreatFN charge came from when I purchased the tickets online - The automatically signed me up for a subscription to TLG*GreatFN also known as "Great Fun" the charge was $11.99.

I have been very satisfied with the Service Cheaptickets.com have been providing in the past - however, to undermind me - and sign me up for a service I didn't even order is quite underhanded.

Consumer Beware:

1. Check before submitting your credit card number that you are only buying the tickets or service you are requesting.

2. If you see a credit card charge from TLG*GreatFN and you knowningly did not sign up for this service...follow these steps:

a. Call your credit card company as soon as possible.
b. Call "Great Fun" and dispute the charge - 1.800.214.6422
****Be warned that they will try to sell you other services******
c. Make note of your cancellation number as they will provide after you cancel your membership with them.

Conclusion:

There are other companies that bundle services like Cheaptickets.com just did to me after purchasing an item/service - I would be very care about reading the fine print.

I was able to get results through the company and they refunded me my money.
