Complaint Review: CHEAPTICKETS.COM

I booked a trip in June through cheaptickets.com which was paid for on 6/10 $872.55 with my bank debit card and now I received my bank statement which shows an erronous charge dated 6/25 of $400.34 by Holiday Inn Oceanfront Cocoa Beach Fl, which I never gave consent for. I did sign-up payment to Holiday Inn for $37.70 as requested by staff upon check-out of the hotel and I am writing to request that I receive credit of $400.34 back to me.

I have contacted both Holiday Inn Oceanfront Cocoa Beach Fl and Cheaptickets but both refuse to give me the $400.34 they took without my consent.
