Complaint Review: CheapTickets

I purchased a ticket to Venezuela in August 2004. They emailed me and told me that the flight had been cancelled. I then rebooked with another airline. They are not quite sure why the flight got cancelled but it was and i'm screwed because I had already paid for my tickets. I have been calling and being put on eternal hold for over 1 year now. They will not refund your money or give you another ticket.

They finally told me that I had to return the original tickets to them and they would refund. I returned the tickets to Cheaptickets and never received any type of refund. I then called again and was told that I needed to wait 60 to 90 days for this transaction to clear my bank it has now been 210 days since they told me to wait for my refund and still nothing. Don't ever buy fom Cheaptickets.com they are a ripoff...
