Cheaptickets.com Unexpected charges on my card from 'Access America'. Caveat emptor! Chicago Illinois
If you are buying a ticket from 'Cheaptickets.com', you need to UNCHECK the insurance box, or you will receive an unwanted bill of $21 (or more). I had no problem canceling the insurance and receiving my money back, but they make their money by hope people don't notice the charge on their card. I have filed a complaint with Cheaptickets, and they have lost my business.
