If you are not satisfied with the offer just cancel within two weeks and we will not charge your credit card. I never received the welcome package so I called to cancel. You have to cancel in writing I sent the letter to cancel before the thirty days but my card was still charged. They said it would take 90 days to process a refund. They never gave me the refund and just make promises of a refund or a call from the refund manager. This has been going on for 9 months. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
