Complaint Review: Cheaptrips.com

I received a phone call saying that if I sent cheaptrips.com $100 + tax, I would receive a lifetime membership to cheaptrips.com and also 4 free plane tickets to the destination of my choosing.

When I received my packet, I had to select from certain locations and stay an assigned number of nights at select hotels. The hotels were outrageously overpriced -- most set at $199 per night and requiring 7 night stays!

The same hotels can be found on the internet and are ussually less than $100-- some even as low as $39! No thanks, I can find my own airplane ticket and hotel stay for a lot less than $1400!

Remember-- if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!
