9/27/07 followed their cancellation guidelines- they told me it will take two billing cycles before the credit will show up total $158.95. After the two billing
cycles went by still NO credit. I called every week in December getting all kinds of excuses. I asked for a Supervisor and started feeling I was getting somewhere after talking with Tonya. Well that did not work
I was promised it will be released today and you will see the credit on Friday........that went on and on and on..........I called everyday asking who was Tonya's Boss, there is none, so I was stuck with lies. I went to a web site to see who actually owns Cheaptrips
and who I could contact. After finding out I called Tonya back and told her, I placed a call to a share holder.to tell them what is going on to many of people like myself. I received all my credit due on my charge
card as of 1/4/08.

We need to warn others not to deal with this company. unless they are looking for aggravation, frustration and being lied too.
