It was an imperative that I be able to get the four (4) free tickets to Hawaii by early January '06, and I made that quite clear to the salespeople.

I agreed to this contact when I was told that traveling by then was not a problem; that my contract would be here in about a week, and that the flights would be connected to a hotel deal.

When no contract had arrived by December 29th, I went to CheapTrips web site and called the number listed there. I explained that my contract had never come, maybe wasn't coming, and the reason I needed the free tickets so soon.

The salesman seemed sincere as we discussed my family's situation. My nephew is returning from the war in Afghanistan. He wants his family there when he gets to come home.

Honolulu is an expensive trip, and they needed help with the costs. The tickets were to be that help. After he confirmed January would not be a problem, and even told me how to begin planning the trip on line as a temporary user,I signed up-again

The 1st contract arrived today. I read about the 60 days advance trip notice, and wanted to cry. They all lied to me so I would sign up. I wanted so much to help my sister, and thanks to CheapTrips, I hurt her instead.

They knew flight costs would go up while we waited for those free tickets they knew we couldn't use for two months. Bait and switch is a mean spirited, easy way to steal.
