Check And Merchant Services They tried to steal money from me by hosting a scam They are claiming I committed fruad when they are the ones committing Mail Fraud! Ripoff White Plains New York
I am another victom of this scam! Please report this to your Post Office as well! Mail Fraud is a Federal Crime!! This should be picked up by the feds to investigate.
I recieved a letter stating I owed 170.00 owed to a company that I have never heard of called Tripnet Inc. due to a check w/NSF from back in 2002. I spent all day looking for bank statements since they "could not furnish one until taking to court" I even requested a copy from my bank which is Microfished.
I started to get curious when I spoke with the agent Julie Moore ext 911, and they they could give me very little information to work with and only threats of going to court. Something did not make sense. They would pay legal fees and sue for 170.00??? Strange! I typed in Check and Merchant Services and came upon this site. Thank all of you who posted this information. I am grateful for this site because now I don't have to worry.
Friends Fight Back!!! Here in Texas, channel 4 Fox loves stories like this. If you have a local station let them know as well!! It wont stop unless we help.

The post office can help us with this because this is considered mail fraud and will initiate investigation !
