Complaint Description: I received several voicemails where a raspy voiced old lady in a very rude and ugly manner would angrily insist I call her without identifying herself or the reason for the call. I looked up the phone number and found she was a debt collector. When I called her she started screaming at me so loudly that I pulled the phone away from my ear! After I called her a couple of choice words describing what I thought about her I hung up.
