CHECK POINT PROCCESSING Bet They said I got a payday loan in 2008 and they have sent it to Check Point Abbriation Service for me to settle the account for half of what I really owe to stop reporting to the court house and police where I live for a court date for sentencing if I dont pay the loan that I never existed until today April 16, 2015. ON APRIL 16, 2015 I GOT A CALL FROM CHECK POINT PROCCESSING ABBRIATION SAYING THAT I OWE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY I NEVER HEARD OF BUT TO SETTLE I NEED TO PAY HALF OF WHAT THEY SAY I OWE TO STOP THEM FROM SENDING PAPERS TO COURT HOUSE AND POLICE WHERE I LIVE FOR COURT DATE AND APPEAREANCE.
IF I DONT COMPLY I WOULD HAVE TO PAY COURT COST AND FEES. I CALL BACK THE LADY THAT CALL ME HER NAME IS CATHY AND TOLD HER I AM GOING TO DO SOME CHECKING AND SHE HUNG UP.
