Complaint Review: Checker Auto Parts

I purchased a car battery at checker auto parts about 1 year ago which had a 72 month warranty on it. The battery went dead today and I took it over to checkers where they tried to charge it but with no results.

I asked them to look my name up in the computer because I've purchased NUMEROUS items there, because I could not find my receipt. They looked me up and had nothing under my name. I told the guy that I had purchased new brakes, a car stereo, wipers for my car, a baterry for my car and much more and they had nothing. He told me the computer must have gotten wipe out.

On the other hand I go to AutoZone and they have a listing of my purchases for the pass 2 or 3 years. I asked this guy if I've never purchased anything here how did you get my name address and phone number, got no answer to that question. Will never shop at Checkers Auto again, needless to say!
