I received this letter today explaining how desperate they are in buying back RAV4s and they would purchase it above the kbb true market value. Knowing that my car is $16000 over due to negative equity, the letter failed to mention that it would only go up a certain price. they need to be clear on this instead of having customers waste their valuable time there!!!!
