 I called 1-11-2017 and canceled my membership because my fiancee card was declined three times and we thought that was werid, so to avoid being charged, I called the number they provided, spoke to a female agent who after I told her to get her boss on the phone told me she was a supervisor, she sent the email confirmation of canceling my services and membership. Today 1-12-2017 we see money withdrawn from my fiancee account by checkfreescore.com I called again spoke to another lady who refused to listen and pretended to cancel services and membership, we were then transferred to an Agent named Nicolas ID number221684
