Complaint Review: checks unlimited

i ordered checks from checks unlimited through a 'special offer'.

i received a call saying there was a problem with my order please call which i did. i was informed the special offer was no longer available and it would cost an additional $23. to process my order. I told them to cancel and send me back my check.

a week or so later i received theorder i had cancelled - which i tried to return but was refused. I am now getting past due notices from checks unlimited and have received phone calls demanding payment for checks i am not using as i ordered them from a different company, at half the cost and higher quantity.
