Complaint Review: Checks Unlimited

Checks Unlimited I sent in for checks at one price, advertised them. They sent them, and the checks were acceptable. Then, two weeks later (I have not used checks yet), they sent a bill for more than triple the price I had already paid ,as stated on order form/order ad, saying the lower price was for first time customers only. As I understand contract law, if they advertise a price, you pay the price, and they send the product, that contract is ratified. They say it is only for new customers ,I am a repeat customer. I did not see this on the ad.order form I sent in, because (apparently) it was printed too small to see. But even so, if it was the wrong price, it should have been communicated to me before they sent the checks. do I send them back? They are not used, but have my acct. no. on them, so they cannot be used by anyone else. I think sixty something is too high, and that price was not on the ad. Colorado Springs Colorado

Checks Unlimited advertised one price for checks, which I paid, and then I received my checks, which were OK.  Two weeks later, they sent a bill for more than triple the price, saying I owed $47.00 because the order form I used was only for "first time" customers.  No where on the original ad or order form  was there any price listed for repeat customers.  If there was a note on the first ad about first-time status, on the first ad (which was part of the order form), it was too small to see.  I have not used the checks, and do not know if I should return them,  use them,  or order from another company.  Obviously, they have no other use for checks personalized to my account.  I am not about to pay the follow-up bill for the "difference."  The way I see it, is I ordered the checks for the advertised price, and enclosed the payment.  They sent the checks, which were acceptable.  The kicker here is the follow-up bill,  for being a repeat customer.  I thought it was common policy to treat repeat customers better than that.
