Cheer City United Cabot.com Total Ripoff - show quality products and ship junk other other
I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max, nice sneakers. The website has a professional Nike logo and branding. They shipped me a totally different pair of sneakers that look like and I think might be Addidas tennis sneakers that are black with white striping on them. Not even close to what I ordered. They shipped to a different address and they were in limbo for a week being held at the post office then when I finally got them they were wrong,
I have been emailing back and forth for about a week and a half now and they want me to keep the wrong sneakers or pay to ship them back. If I keep the wrong ones they will sell me another pair of the ones I ordered to begin with at a discounted price. Are you kidding me? It's not their fault, they went thru customs and the company that opened them to clear them sent the wrong ones. It's not their fault so they shouldn't have t pay to send the correct ones. It's not mine either and I already paid for the sneakers I didn't get. Absolutely disgusted.
Trying to figure out how to report this directly to Nike to see if they are even an authorized reseller for them. Have picture of the pair I ordered and the ones they sent me as well as my order form stating the black and blue Nike Air.
