Complaint Review: Chef's Kitchen

Stay away from this dishonest company. Prior to buying a product from them I did hours of research and only through a friend who is a Web Tech I found they are a fly by night company who has operated under several names! They quoted me several difference prices and insisted I give them a deposit on an item I haven't seen. I did so. After not hearing from them for weeks I drove to there location and found they were a beat up warehouse with nothing in supply. It was almost a boiler room type scam. A friend of mine ordered from them prior to all of this (how I found out they were a scam) and told me he paid for a brand new item and they shipped him a USED ITEM! With no return phone calls. A Total Scam! Beware! There are much better vendors. Check alibaba! Or google!
