Complaint Review: Chefs Corner - Home Decor

Ordered a stove backsplash approx Jan 3 2009. Credit card charged. Email said it would ship Jan 15 2009. Jan 20th, no backsplash, emailed to cancel order. Emailed status up date, no reply. Called the next day and the phone was disconnected. Called back a few days later, sat on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally got a rep who told me the backsplash shipped. Asked why they didn't cancel and they said they never got the email, forwarded the email to the rep, no reply. Backspash arrived, told them I needed a call tag to return item. 2 weeks later UPS picked up, still no refund. Whatever you do, do not do business with these people
