I ordered a Staub pot from chefsresource.com online.

The picture on the websight illustrated a red pot which is what I wanted so i ordered it.

What was shipped was a black pot, when I called I was told that i needed to select the red pot from the color list.

I have not encountered this before when buying online.

I returned the pot at my expense and was reimbursed my cost less their cost of shipping to me.

I contend that their websight was misleading and requested a return of my total cost which ws refused.

I bot the pot I wanted at a very swank retail store here in St.Louis for the exact same price as I paid at Chefsresourse.

At best their websight presentation is awful.  I will never consider doing business with them.
