Chegg Trial not honored, would not give credit, would not cancel Los Angeles Internet
On August 16, 2014, I was searching for a Taxation question and was led to a CourseHero.com link. Before giving my paypal account, they had a satisfaction guaranteed that one could cancel and get credited if canceled during trial period.
After giving my paypal, my account was charged $95.40. After having access to the solution, I was disappointed that f8820 Expenses for Business Use of Home was blank.
I also saw a rant from another member of a solution that was erroneous. Chegg/ Course Hero does not disclose this review not until you make a payment. Reality kicks in.
I cancelled just less than 5 minutes after paying and they refused. I was given a partial credit of $14.95 by Chegg who owns CourseHero.com to resolve the issue.
I demand the full reimbursement. If you want me to charge for the 5 minutes to view how erroneous and not as disclosed warranty, then do so.
