Chegg Double & Tripple Billing Subscriptions
A review of our account showed that Chegg has been double and tripple charging us for the monthly subscription plan. Watch your accounts and be sure to dispute any overages. Their customer service is only autorized to credit up to 3 months of these fradulent charges.
