Complaint Review: Chella

my package was sent to my mailing address and, the order was mixed up. I tried several times to get in reach of the individual responsible to correct my order but, there was never a rsponce. as fustrated as i am i would appreciate her to correct this order A.S.A.P. i'm lacking a thirty dollar purchase of anti- fatigue eye mask kt-  4pk. instead i was given a nine dollar 1-pk kit. so, in lamens terms no one replied to fix my problem and, i feel it was very unprofessional. the person responsibe  to fix or, e-mail me the orginal product. obviously this individual does not feel compelled to help in ny way. i feel that i am entitled to report this problem so that it can get resolved a.s.a.p.
