Complaint Review: Chen Rongchang

I have never had a Michael Kors purse so for Christmas that is what my husband was getting me. I know he couldn't afford a 3 to 4 hundred dollar purse so I went online to see what I could find. The website that I looked on showed that it was a Macys outlet so I found the purse and billfold that I wanted. I went and ordered it, the total was $104.00 and I paid for it through my credit card. I placed the order a couple of days after Christmas and just received it on January 14, 2016 and I am so disappointed with both products, I didn't think Macys sold knock offs then I got to looking and realized that it was not from Macys, it was from China.  Now what do I do, the purse and billfold looks so cheap, I am out of  $104.00 dollars and a Michael Kors purse. 

Please tell me what to do or is there any thing that I can do?
