Complaint Review: Cheney Door Company

I called this company to work on my garage door, and it was a huge mistake. Very unprofessional, and when I went into the business to complain, it was like a ghost town. The building was straight out of the 1970's, there was dirt everywhere, things hadn't been cleaned for months, trash laying around, their equipment was outdated and rusty, trucks were old and the "managers" vehicle was missing a hubcap, and the decals were coming off. When I asked a question, all I got from the staff was blank stares and incomprehensible mumbling. It's true what they say- "small business is filled with small minds" I would advise against using this company, and by judging all the reports on this site, I'm not alone.
