Complaint Review: Cherry One Web

Cherry One ruined our website! They did nothing and changed the supposed account rep 3 times in 2 months. Now three years later we get bills from them in excess of US$6000.00 for services never provided. They claim that this service has been provided but I would like to know what company would work for free for years without receiving a single penny on a contract that was canceled?

They ruined our website and they never provided a single lead based on their tactics. Their employee Mike Rayas said he would take care of this and to discard the invoices (sent to our PO Box which was canceled as we have lost our entire business because of them) and everything would be fine. Now we get calls from the bank stating that they are trying to charge a credit card that is no longer valid (expired) as well emails from the employee Mark who when called on the issue hangs up the phone.

PLEASE PLEASE do not be scammed by these people as well! If they contact you or if they offer you their services just delete their email or hang up the phone. You will be plagued by a nightmare of calls and far from decent work. You will also get calls from George making threats claiming he will sell your rankings to others. The ironic thing about this is that your rankings will not even exist.

If you have a similar problem with them file complaints with the BBB as well as any other trade commission or scam site in order to let others know.

If you are dealing with them now be prepared to be scammed and shafted once you find out the truth about these guys.
