I have emailed & called Max from Cherrypal several times. He doesn't email or call back anymore. I have proof of many emails in the past. I ordered a 7 inch netbook & wireless didn't work. I went 2 his home bus. add.2 pick it up but it wasn't outside so I had 2 go another day. I pd. w/credit $118 + $18 s & h. He wrote & said still.had 2 charge even though I was picking it up. I finally got a 2nd time..he just leaves the computer outside. Wireless didn't work.

I decided 2 exchange after several.emails & he got mad after I asked if he was scamming me. He asked what I meant by scamming. I returned 7 inch physically & he left 10 inch outside & I left $38 add. charge 4 10 inch. He replied again after several of my emails. I got wireless 2 work but computer wouldn't charge after battery died. He mailed $38 check back but no refund of $136. I emailed & he said credit took a few wks. I waited but no credit & emailed again.

He asked if I.got check...I said yes but not original $136 u charged. He said he'd check w/credit co. Then I wrote a couple wks. later as I travel a lot. He said he would mail a check since the co. didn't credit. Then I waited again...no check. I tried 2 email & left.phone mess. several times. No response & no refund. I checked w/my bank 4 refund & it was after 2 mos. so bank couldn't do anything. I regret I see on BBB 2 other people never got a refund either.
