Everyone, please be aware that Cheryl Davidson is a convicted felon who has spent time in prison for theft and check kiting.
She is not to be trusted under any circumstances, as she and her partner will take your money, and leave you with nothing. She uses another person to collect the money so that it is not traced back to her. Do NOT ever send her, or anyone money via T/T or bank transfer, as you will never see any product or your money again.
In April of 2006, Cheryl agreed to return $19,000 that she scammed with an agreed order (I sued her). She has not made any payments of restitution, and while I have several liens filed against her, the fact that she doesn't have any tangible assests in her name makes it impossible to collect.
She has been under investigation for fraud, and I'm sure that it is just a matter of time before she's back in prison.
Again, she is a con artist, and nothing more.
