Our 2017 ford F550 caught fire at the battery. i called ford to male sure our truck was under warranty and it was . the next day i arrived at the dealership . the service Manager Paul proceeded to tell me and external pump caused the fire he swar to it and told me he would not cover the issue .

i took the truck to another shop where the problem was diagnosed as a bad battery terminal and fixed in five minutes . The bad attitude at Cheaesapeak ford was bad enough but the shop NOT even knowing the problem was a shock to me . BEWARE of this dealership and its Managment .
