I tried buying a book online from Chessler Books and after payment went through and the books should have arrived, I emailed about where it may be or what might have happened.  It tooks a week to get a response.  The email simply stated it would get there when it gets there. 

 

Another week goes by and I sent another email asking for either the book to be delivered or for a refund, to which I got a reply saying "No. We are DONE."
