Complaint Review: Chest FX Store

Chest FX Store Chest FX Store took $89.99 for a 3-pack of shirts and sent me nothing! The company promised that the shirts would arrive in 2-3 days, well, 2-3 days have long past...where are my shirts! Internet

On August 19th, 2013, I contact Chest FX Store to order a 3 pack of shirts from my husband. I was told that the shirts would be send off later that day and take 2-3 days to arrive. 3 days later, August 21st, I contacted Chest FX Store again to find out if the shirts were in route and was told that the shirts were previously out of stock and had just come in that day and would be sent out that day and again I would receive the shirts in 2-3 days. It is now September 3rd and I still have not received the shirts. I have called numerous time since the 24th of August only got the company's voicemail. I left several messages to no avail.

 Dear Customer,

We are very sorry that you had a problem with our company.  Due to the annonymous nature of this site, we were unable to determine the customer in question.  It is really unfair to honest business owners that this complaint can be filed without a name attached.  In some cases, it is a competitor who wants to make their competiton lose sales. 

If you are the person who posted this, please contact our website or call us on our toll free number listed above so we can resolve this for you. More than likely, your problem has already been corrected since we always take care of our customers in a timely manner when problems arise. 

We feel that shopping online with your credit card is the safest way to shop.  Federal law provides customers with the abilitly to "charge back" any charges placed on a card that were unauthorized or product not delivered.  All it takes is one call to your credit card company.

We are very thankful that Ripoff Report allows for a rebuttal because there are always two sides to a story.  We do hope that this customer contacts us so we can post the tracking info on this website to prove that we did take care of this issue.
