Chester County Moving and Storage Company Did Not Show Up, Answer or Return Calls The Day of The Contracted Move Chester Springs PA
We contracted with Chester County Moving and Storage to move our family, and spoke with Chelsea and Jessica to confirm the details and completed the paperwork. The morning of the move, Chelsea indicated that we were on the books and that the crew chief would call us 15 minutes before they arrive, which they never did. After 1.5 hours, we called back and did not reach anyone on either of the two lines. For the next several hours, my husband and I called just to see if they were coming, with no success in reaching this company. We would certainly not recommend this company for clearly obvious reasons.
