Chevron And Texaco Universal Card Took me less time to get another card than try to pay for this one Norcross nationwide

Am utterly frustrated and have to scream at someone.

Trying to make a payment for the Chevron And Texaco Universal Card is VERY time consuming.

Took me over an hour to get to reports that were not yet made available.  Have to wait till next day.

Asked why they had not cashed in our check from last month and they said we had to go online or pay by phone.

Wifr tried several times online and the payment did not process through.  She decided to pay over the phone and they charged her $25.00 to make the payment!

I have applied for a different card and got approval within minutes.  My credit score is 874.  We pay our buills!

Cannot wait till my new cards come in so I can close down this account.
