is a total rip-off. Do not purchase anything from them.

If you follow the emails below you will see what I mean. I very specifically ordered a neck traction device With Magnets and paid the With Magnets price. When the device arrived it arrived without magnets. A 30.00 difference in price from what I ordered. When I wrote to them here is what I got as a reply.

I wrote back and politely asked for my money refunded for the difference in price and they said

We can not give you discount on an item delivered already. But I can give you 20% discount on any item except the shipping when you order next time.

Discount? This is a refund, not a discount. You sent me the wrong product. What a rip off, they send you the wrong product with a complete money back guarantee, then tell you that they wont refund your money but offer you a 20% discount on more business!

Who would want to give them more business???

Not their mistake???? Who's mistake was it??

I decided to send it back but it will still cost me over 40.00 in shipping and junk fees that they are sticking me with however, I do not do business with people like this and I hope that you wont either.

Matthew Kehoe placed an order on chiisland.com for a NT5B neck traction device without magnet. Due to the misunderstanding, Matthew Kehoe believed that he ordered an NT5B neck traction device with magnet. When he received the item and found out that the neck traction device came without magnet, he wanted an free upgrade or money back and filed the complain at this website at the same time.
We finally made him understand that the product he ordered was NT5B neck traction device without and magnet and gave him a full refund. He also agreed to remove this report which we did not reserve. We refunded him and he did not remove the post and even left the subject as "Bait and Switch Game". He returned the product one month later after the refund and the product was actually ripped off totally, all the neck brace was torn apart!
