Complaint Review: CHI_PUPS@NY.COM

I found what I thought was the perfect puppy from CHI_PUPS@NY.com. I was told to send $370.00 and that included shipping. I sent the 370 and was then contacted and advised that they needed $150.00 more due to the increase in fuel charges. I have asked for tracking and shipping information but never got anything. Finally after realizing there was no puppy heading my way...I asked for a full return...naturally I have never heard from them again. So all beware of This CHI_PUPS@NY.COM or the names of Denis Angus or Sarah Hopkins.
