Chic Little Devil - Michelle Wendell, Ripoff, Thieves, sends envelope full of papers no clothes, promise refund then nothing!!! Los Angeles California
Earlier this year I went on to ebay and purchased 3 items from Michelle Wendell owner of an LA wholesale based clothing store. After waiting nearly a month for my items that i had won on ebay, she had the audacity to send me an envelope full of papers. When i contacted her she basically never responded back to me.
So i filed a dispute with paypal and also left her a very bad feedback statingwhat i had received. She then said that i'm a liar and that she had sent beautiful clothes to me. After taking photos of the envelope she sent me and the picture of the customs form she had filled out where in the "contents" section it clearly stated "PAPERS" she never responded backtome.
Long story short she said if iremove the negative feedback fromebay she will refundme my300 bucks. But after i did that she never did. I was contemplating of taking her to small claims when i got i LA but figured I believe in karma and if stealing someone's money makes her have a clear conscience then at the end of the day, we allhave one life to live and have to answer for all that we have done wrong.
I know for her 300 bucks is nothingbut for people who work hard for their money and who make an HONEST living it's not easy to come by. Fromher previous posting Iam not theonly one she had ripped off by sending papers she has done that to other international buyers also. Reason for this posting is so that maybe she sees this and have a clear conscience and never do that again toanother person.
Because who knows if someone has tried months to save up their money to buy one thing fromher storeand end up not getting it. It wouldbe a real shame. I figured chuck it up to experience and better me than someone else who really saved up their dollar to buy an expensive designer item.

trhank you I filed a report with the santa moica district court. I was just talking to one of my girlfriends from so cal about what I went through and she has heard of Michell Wendell (my girlfriend's a make up artist in LA) and she said she never knew that...i told her i want to expose her nationally with what she has done by contacting KCAL 9 news and she said she know's a couple of the reporters there because she worked with them...keep all your documents as I have and I'll talk to her some more and possible get in contact with one of the reporters. btw your contact info didn't show up because this forum won't let you post it. go file with the district court...here's what another ripped off cosumer gave me

Thank you guys for helping me out. I have filed a reprot with the Santa Monica District court. I tried to file a compalint and charges here in edmonton police department but they stated it's an international matter so I'm really glad I was able to file down in the states. I know it's crazy but I still have the envelope that she sent me with her filling out the custom's document where it states "contents" she wrote "Documents". aslo i still have ALL her emails to me even the one that stated that she would refund me if i change my - fb on ebay. She never did. She's a horrible excuse for a human being and i hope that she will get a taste of her own medicine one day and have her exposed as a fraud. I was thinking about contacting KCAL 9 news and giving them this story since I have evidence of what she did and seems like everyone does too. I felt bad for the other lady in toronto where Michelle wendell took a $4000 LV bag and filed a dispute of never receiving the item...if she paid by credit card she will most likely file a chargeback with her credit card company. She seems to have enough money to sell/buy things...don't know why peopel like her like to take people for a ride? and to think she deals with certain "celebrities". She needs to be exposed!!!

Hi, I've been ripped off by Michelle Wendell too!
Judging from the date of your report Michelle has not changed her scamming ways. I am prepared to take whatever legal action necessary to make sure Michelle faces criminal charges for her fraudulent behavior. If you would like to help out could you please provide me with your name/info so I can add it to my list of consumers she's ripped off. (((ROR redacted)))
By the way...I am originally from Edmonton as well, but moved to Toronto a few years ago! Seems she really likes to rip off Canadians!
