Chica Boutique No product after 30 days and will not answer emails, that they say they will answer in 48hrs Internet

Chica Boutique is a RIP OFF, I was following them on Instagram, where I do follow a lot of small businesses to show my support. I placed and order online on Chica Boutique website http://www.chica-boutique.com/ for a dress on Jan 10, 2016.

I received and email to confirm I placed the order and my credit card had been charged. I waited, and 2 weeks had passed no order. I sent them and email with my order number in it to inquiry when my order would be shipped no reply after 48hrs, as the website states, all emails will be answered in 48hrs still no answer. I send a 2nd email, still no answer and a 3rd.

Finally I went back to Instagram and the web page is not found. So please stay clear of this company, Their website is still up and you will be RIPPED OFF, they will charge your card and you will not receive your order.
