This person is a scammer from the word go - gets you to send money and never sends the puppy. Also has the same testimonials under www.chicmaltese.com but changes the breed of dog - not the names of the people. I contacted one of their references and they said they have never purchased a bulldog from these people. Simply put . . . SCAM!!!
