This place is a complete rip off. The price of the car is fine. but the service  they give you is crap!

Sold me a car that the engine and the transimission went bad in the same day and some humming sound would not go away..

They sell you a car and refuses to give any refund for the lemon cars they sell. They only want to give you a credit for another crap car that may break down on you.

Oh and by the way they give you some 24hour notice to bring car back they dont respond to you until they get good and ready.

just becareful dont' be taken for ride.  you really get played by this place.

Public Auto Auction

We are sorry for anyone that buys a vehicle through us and has a bad experience.

We are a public auto auction, we do not own the cars that come through our facility, we are just the broker. We sell all the vehicles 'AS-IS' and do not offer refunds of any kind. We offer inspections of the vehicles for 1 1/2 hours before the sale begins. When anyone comes to buy a vehicle from our auction we make them read and sign a copy of the rules which states the vehicles are sold 'AS-IS' and there are no refunds of any kind.

Many people think that we must 'Warranty' or inspect the vehicles before we sell them because of some 'Lemon Law' when in fact the Illinois Lemon Law is only for new car purchases, not used.

Almost all the vehicles sold at our auction are sold well below retail, and some may need things like oil changes, tune-ups, shocks, ligh bulbs etc... That being said, an experienced auction hunter can buy a vehicle, do some minor work, and get a super deal on a vehicle, but if you come in thinking you are buying an inspected, certified, used vehicle ready to take on a long trip, you may end up having a bad experience.

We have thousands of satisfied customers and a good BBB rating, please read and understand the rules and contracts before you sign and pay, and we are sure then you will not have a bad experience.

One last thing... the name of the business and website are incorrect from the OP, see below
