This is the worst experience we have ever had with any service company.
They advertise low rates and then get you with unnecessary extras... No problem - be an educated consumer and don't fall for it.
However, their technicians LEAVE COUNTLESS STAINS on your carpet from antiquated equipment. Now, that's ironic and unacceptable. You pay money to get someone ruin your carpet?
We call to get them to come and clean it - should be their area of expertise? :) Got yelled at instead... Oh well, will go home and use "Resolve" instead.

Better Business Bureau has them as "Miller's Carpet Care"...
I wonder why they keep changing their name?!..
