Complaint Review: CHICK-FIL-A #04945

I ordered 3 southwestern salads with spicy tenders thats how I asked for it ans they gave me 4 salads 1 the way I asked and 3 grilled chicken now how the got that I wanted 4 is beyond me I thought the food wasnt that great but I ended up with that when I got home over 20 miles away I contacted the manager and he offered to give me 3 salads for free well I don't really want to go back I filed a case with paypal for a full refund it was denied so I decided I would contact you cause I feel I was scammed especially when I asked for 3 salads and was billed for 4 and 3 in which was wrong I don't plan on going back there and I wish to be refunded for full order cause the added 4th salad I feel could be a unatherised charge or something
