ChicMarket Customer service for a newly purchase item was poor Internet
I purchased a handbag from Chic Markets in October 2015. I was really happy with the quality of the merchandise (I thought). I went on vacation over the Christmas holidays and carried the handbag with me. While I was on vacation, to my surprise, a screw that held one of the handles together fell out and the handle broke. When I returned home on January 4, 2016, I contacted the company to ask what I could do to get the handle replaced or exchange the merchandise. The response from Chic Market was that I was SOL because they have a 30 Day Return Policy. This is ridiculous because the product was defective. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't carry the same handbag everyday, so I can't understand the return policy. I was hoping they would tell me how I could get the handle repaired, but they said I was out of luck. I cannot carry the handbag, and because of the way it is made, I am unable to find someone who can repair it. I will never purchase another item from this company, and I will not be referring them to anyone else in the future.
