This happened to me with a puppy called tiny timmy. i have alreay filed a report on here as well about this person. We arranged an alloted amount of time to pay for "timmy" and one week after she got my deposit she demanded the full amount. I lost me deposit and the puppy. The more reports filed the better these people should be shut down.

After this breeder/broker has used this forum to slander, blackmail, and extort those who dare come up against her, she is now, on her website, crying foul against the use of this forum.

This woman has nerve to plead innocent while all along she has been and continues to scam the public by proclaiming to have a product to sell to the public that does not exist. She has gone far enough to write mumble-jumble to justify the scamming since she has been exposed as a scammer.

She sold a sick dog and was ?caught? and had to make restitution after many, many demands made upon her. And, because of all of her domains, websites, business name changes, etc. her victims could not locate her. A California breeder helped the scammed consumers locate Debra Drury to answer to her poor business practices.

Now Debra Drury wants the public to feel sorry for her and negate the many, many, many correspondence between herself and all of the other parties involved because, and I quote:

She has tried to use this forum to her advantage and, now, that it has backfired in her face she wants to discredit it. I've said it before, and I will say it again, ?Debra, you cannot have your cake and eat it too!?

She is stating on her website that there is a ?mob,? ?gang,? and ?online terrorists? after her and if you call or email her, she will give you their names. If you want to categorize victimized consumers, and I, a consumer and consumer advocate as you have, then I can see you will never understand the meaning of being ?honest.? And, I believe Debra, everyone has my name, as I have ALWAYS used my name and you have used it many times over as well. You had contact with me as a consumer long before your situation with the Canadian woman. Remember? I'm the one that told you there is no such thing as a teacup Chihuahua. Can you say the same with your entire list of alias? Also, any fool knows you can change, add to, or omit anything you want from communications you have received ON YOUR COMPUTER. How will you justify any discrepancies in communications that have been saved onto another computer that no one can manipulate? How are you going to discredit the file of your Internet provider's computer files and those of other correspondents? Watch out Debra, you are about to show your perjurious side.

However, the entries you have with my name are mine. Needless to say, I commend you for not tampering with them. You see Debra, I am not afraid to put MY name to that which I write. SO SUE ME! Insofar as the other entries go, I have no idea where they came from. Possibly you, or from the group of ladies you mentioned who are your friends and supporters? Maybe someone who has caught onto your business practices. If you do not like complaints, then change your business practices? Why would a court of law give you a judgment when you would be suing a person or persons for uncovering fraud? You are like the drug dealer who sued his customer for not paying for the drugs he sold him.

And, yes, I click on your website a number of times a day to see who you are going to victimize next by your continual price changing, puppy changing, puppy name changing, date changing, etc., etc. Why do you make so many changes hour after hour, day after day? Why is a pup $900 one day, $700 the next day, and in that same day, $850 two hours later? Are your pups on the stock exchange? I am a consumer watchdog. And since I have caught onto you I click on your site continually to see what scheme you will come up with next. And I am always amazed at what you come up with in order to scam the public. Why not use your time to do something constructive instead of destructive?

You are kind of late because she is now using another domain as cited above and calls herself "Deb's HomeRaised Munchkin Pups."

At her new location she has chosen to accuse another breeder by posting that breeder's puppies on her website and accusing the breeder of selling mixed breeds and not purebreds. She is slandering another breeder in order to promote her own puppies over this particular breeder's puppies. She shows the puppies side by side with a comparative narrative.

As of this date, there are no claims of scamming or complaints from consumers against this breeder. So, is she doing this with the intent of justifying why her customers should pay a higher price for her puppies? Given her reputation and history on Rip-off Report does she even own these puppies that she claims are so superior to the other breeder's.

Consumers, beware of this breeder. I believe the numerous Rip-off Reports speak for themselves regarding this breeder's character or lack thereof. I know her numerous websites, which she has written herself, exposes her fraudulent business practices.

The Bella report is without doubt a complete fake, but knowing the evil heart of the couple of breeders who are jealous of me leaves one other possibility open as who to wrote. There is the possibility that Jodie did not write it. She could have been framed .The couple breeders who consider me competition and would like to ruin me( I have email proofs of their feelings and intentions) could have wrote it.This way I could be attacked by the breeders and I think Jodie was guilty and would blame Jodie. The M's and other language used in the Bella report, as well as the racial slur could have been planted to pin me against Jodie.So there is a possiblity that Jodie was not the author.

How can victims use Ripoff Report as a tool for warning the general public of criminal behavior, if the criminal themselves can pose as the victim to change the victims story or lie about the situation?

I shouldnt comment on this ripoff since an agreement was signed , Debra did mention my name her but she said nothing bad about me.All true words .I have asked ripoff to remove this post but they wilnot-I will keep trying. I was notified that my kennel name was used in Deborah from Canada's letter. This gives me a reason to comment.

Deborah, you were asked to stop bashing SugarNSpice Chihuahuas, because we are friendly competition to Debra Drury, ONLY. We've been accused of being her mother (wrong, I'm only maybe 5 years older....yes I have 11 grandchildren and she still has school kids , but I started younger, and we're in no way related, I've only known her about 5 years).
I just want to clarify I'm in the HOBBY of raising purebred chihuahuas along with Chidolls, and with DOZENS of other Breeders. We buy from each other, we trade pups, I offer stud service, and sometimes trade a pup for a service. We trade service from our Champions and Champion sired boys....we share bloodlines for the improvement of the breed. We coach and mentor each other. Yet, we're friendly competition for each other. We don't share a business, or share bills, or share money, or share expenses. We just share outside bloodlines, to create a superior future for our chosen purebred dogs.We're Club members.
I have a good suggestion for everyone involved. Take a pill, and get over yourselves. It's so obvious that the whole bunch of everyone is reacting over-emotionally and causing everyone else to "go to war". Rediculous and tacky and frankly childish. Sometimes you don't get what you want. Live with it. Sometimes you're wrong. Admit when it happens. Don't lie and imposter, and commit fraud. You only hurt your own soul.

Debra at Chidolls has always been good to me. She's tried her best to be helpful, to listen, to care, to share, to be even-dealing, and to be fair. She has some EXQUISITE dogs.

She's also VERY over emotional. Quit pushing her buttons! Frankly, if I had her health problems, and tragic family situations, I'd be sitting in a corner sucking my thumb, and banging my head on the wall. Debra and I have had volitle missunderstandings, but with a little time,+ more explaination, we've always been able to be fair dealing with each other, and forgiving of heated words. My best suggestion for all these spiteful, emotional, temperamental, conflicts, is .... Take a step back. Stop putting black karma out into the world...it gets bigger and comes back to bite you. Slow down. A soft answer turnith away wrath..and I'm not seeing soft answers. You guys sound like two cats in a sack....spitting and hissing and growling when it's not necessairy. It doesn't benefit anyone to fight. It doesn't change the legality of a contract. It doesn't help the rare puppy with a defect. It doesn't make the world a better place.

For some reason Sugar N Spice was also part of that contract. I am not sure why Dawn was included in that release but I agreed. In return, Debra and associates were bound to the same terms. There were to be no comments about me online.

Debra is in breach of contract since she posted an email here on ripoff this past week. As well, she has written other comments about me here.

When Debra and I came to our agreement, we agreed that it was due to 'missing emails'. I agreed to go along with that. It did not matter to me one way or another how it was explained so long as I received a refund. I paid $3500.00USD plus $365.00USD for shipping. Then about another $1000.00CDN on medical bills. NOT $3000.00USD as she stated here in this report.

I was (and am) content with our agreement. Debra also went 'above and beyond' and offered me a FREE little female puppy that I really wanted. I immediately declined her offer. I felt a refund of purchase price and medical bills was fair enough. I thanked her profusely for her offer. Since then, Debra offered me a $1500.00USD credit then dropped it to $1200.00USD credit. Currently, I have a $1000.00USD credit for a puppy. The amount kept dropping as weeks went by. Over the past 3 months, I have inquired on 5-7 puppies. Either the puppy was sold, not hers but a family members, or she was keeping it. One that she was keeping, was sold the next week. Can you believe she emailed me and told me she had sold her? I was very unhappy. This past week, Debra offered me Powder. He is a little male on her site. I declined due to his being a boy. Then I inquired on Candace. Not the nicest looking pup. She said I could have her but she didnt really think she was for me. Gonna be too large. Never the less, I sent numerous emails asking questions about her. I have had no response in at least 3 days. So I guess that is her answer. No pup for me.

Ladies, please understand that when I agreed to the settlement, I thought mine was an isolated case. I had no idea that there were others. No one (except April) had come forward during my 6 months of hell. April was content to pay for the expenses related to the LUX of her puppy. She had made her decision and I respected that. April used ripoff to warn others about what happened to her and did not want to proceed further.

I did establish a relationship with Debra. I am not able to hold a grudge. I had Gomez, I had the money and according to Debra, a puppy as well when I chose one. I think that a buyer must have contact with their breeder. Diet, size, personality, training techniques are critical to a happy household. I would go to Debra with questions. She would respond in kind. Debra told me some personal information that broke my heart. She also advised me she was receiving hate mail and threats from people. She asked me to write her an email to send to these people so they would leave her alone. I did. You can read a portion of it on my report. It was never my intent for people to threaten anyone. I just wanted people to know of my 'difficulties'.

I saw the contract you signed with Debra. It clearly states that the contract was for SWAN ONLY. Not another pup. As well, there was a clause added that stated you would receive a full refund. I cant rmember the specific details. I think it would be a very good idea to post that contract here on ripoff.

I also saw video of Swan. My untrained eye immediately noticed the marked limp on her hind left leg. Clearly, Swan needed some form of medical intervention. As you stated, a 4 month old puppy with Grade 3 LUX is in very bad shape. LUX usually doesn't appear so early. Grade 4 is crippled. How anyone could be expected to purchase a pup for $3500.00USD with a Grade 3 LUX absolutely baffles me. Surgery is very expensive. I wish Lisa the very best of luck with Swan.

Same as my situation, you were advised of trouble AFTER she cashed final payment. I am positive Swan didn't start limping 3 days after she cashed the money order. The difference between you and I is that she was honest with you as to the severity of Swan's difficulties. With Gomez, it was all not an outright "He is sick". I eceived an email stating she was watching him closely because he had a dime sized molera. Which of course is normal in a chi pup. I had no idea until I saw him for the first time that he was a very, very ill baby. Once again, it was obvious to the untrained eye that Gomez had/has severe troubles.

You say you were told to go to Mexico to purchase a puppy due to your being Mexican. I believe she said that. Debra told me that she treated me the way she did is because I am Canadian. These racial/geographical comments are not only hurtful, but illegal.

When your report appeared, I was accused by Debra of being the writer. Can you please add some emails? With the date and time still on them?

As with me, you have a credit. However, your credit is different than mine. I have an offer. With no money out of my hands for the aggravation and humiliation at Debra's hands. Debra has your money. So what if the pup you are inquiring about is a friends or relatives? All she needs to do is give the owner the money. Right? Voila. No problem. What you are describing is outright theft. Again, against the law.

I am writing today to verify the truth of these reports. I have not seen any documentation from these ladies, but it has all happened to me as well.

1. Racial discrimination.
2. Offer of credit for puppy. Just to be told each and every time a new reason why I cannot have that particular pup.
3. A very unhealthy puppy shipped to me. Now don't get me wrong. I love Gomez with all of my heart. Even with his severe disability, he is perfect in my eyes. As I stated in that email.
4. Months of nasty, hateful emails.

After Debra posted the email I wrote on ripoff, I was livid. I wrote her an email and told her I no longer consider our release signed and dated in January 2006 to be a valid document. Debra begged me to not get involved. She sent me numerous emails that she was asking ripoff to remove that post. Once again, my temper cooled and I was wishy, washy. However, since then, she has written about me AGAIN.

It has taken me some time to decide what to do. I am opening myself up to more stress and humiliation with this post. I figure I will never see a female puppy from Debra anyway so I guess I don't lose anything there.

My conscience has been bothering me since these posts started. I need to live with myself and by staying quiet and allowing you all to go through this by yourselves is unacceptable to me. I need to maintain my integrity and self respect. As do all of you. Stay true to yourself, state your facts and feelings. Try not to fall into the fighting trap here on ripoff.

My heart goes out to each and every one of you. I guess I am the fortunate one in the longrun.

LOL, we are dealing with a woman ( Debra) who lies, cheats and steals. A woman who put the puppy i paid for in full for, up for resale with out my permession. A woman who would not send my dog unless i signed a brand new contract, after i had paid for and siged the original contract.
