Chief Marana has been under surveilance by federal authorities and has been involve with ripping off jewlry dealers through Leo Calleros at 8832- East Broadway Blvd Tucson Arizona 85710.
Its all on tape and soon will be released into the right wing Media.
One thing that I can not cope with is both of these people were caught on tape having sex with minors. Female's at the age of 14 years old and having sex with each other.
Chief Marana of the Tucson Police has put a cover on Leo Calleros and his sexual activities not to say covering up a cyanide operation sell this stuff to mexican nationals.

Someone hijacked my email address and I have the proof, I live in Tucson and know the chief I don't like him because he is a true chickensh*t.

For legal reasons I chose not to spell his name right and the address wrong. But everyone that reads this knows whom I am talking about.
This chief is on the take just like the chief from Las Vegas, Beleive me if I could get this surveilance vidio out in the public with Chief of Police of Tucson Arizona on it without breaking any laws I would do so in a minute.
But I have been told that if I show this tape to the news media I will be charged against the Patriot act that has made a law stating that you can not bring anything that is not on a official bases against any law enforcement official with out charges brought against myself.
Now I know this Chief and I know the sheriff of Pima county and at places like the Elks lodge and F.O.P. I over the years have seen both these people involved in highly illegal affairs.
And this time Chief Mirana having sex with a 14 year old, I guess I will just have to show this on a one on one bases.

When I first read this report I thought the writer was referring to the Chief of Police for Marana, Arizona a town just northwest of Tucson. Then I realized and confirmed the writer's was referring to the Tucson Chief of Police Richard Miranda (based on his use of S. Stone Ave for the address.
I seriously question any truth to the allegations in this report based on the following:
1) The writer's does not know and/or take the time to confirm the correct name and address of the person he is filing the complaint about. This information is readily available on the net, in the local phone book, or even by simply picking up the phone and calling the police department or City information.
* the correct address is 270 S. Stone Ave.
2) The media in Tucson (Arizona Daily Star, Tucson Citizen, KVOA - Channel 4, KOLD- Channel 13, KGUN - Channel 9) have historically reported crimes committed by TPD officers including high ranking officers without hesitation. They have also reported on suspected corruption within the department. The media in my opinion has shown they want to provide accurate and informative information regarding those who are swore to protect the city.
3) Since Chief Miranda was sworn in (1998), he has worked to improve the community's faith in the department. Recent officer involved crimes and attempted cover-up of criminal activities committed by officers (on and off-duty including high ranking officers) had seriously damaged the image of the department. Even departmental employees lacked faith that these crimes would be properly investigated and that the "good-old-boys" attitude would continue to errode the department from within.
4) The writer's has not provided details and/or evidence to support his allegations other than to say that a video supports his statements...Let's see the video.
My personal opinion is that Chief Miranda has proven to be an excellent leader of this department and the protection of the people of Tucson is priority. He has without hesitation discharged officers whose behavior is detrimental to the department and the public. The people of Tucson deserve the protection of a department that can focus on the needs of the community and are not distracted by internal chaos. Chief Miranda has provided the leadership needed to reach this goal.
