Chihuahua Dreams sold me a teacup chihuahua who is now 11 pounds. I paid $2,100 and Lauren tells me that she can't guarantee size. My Chihuahua is four times the size I was told he would be. Deceptive in many ways because this puppy was not the one I deposited on. He is now 11 pounds and not 10 at my Veternary scale this morning.

Same here! My Ellie is 9 lbs and I was told she would be 3 lbs.

I'm sorry you got ripped off, but it seems you failed in due diligence. That's surprising since you have so much money to buy a dog.
I love chihuahuas (own 2) and they're great pets. However, a little research would have informed you that there is no such thing as a "teacup" chihuahua, and a breeder cannot guarantee size.
I hope you will love your pet regardless of size.
