I too was a victim of the child support network. It's garbage and meant to make money off of parents who are in desperate need of help. I just wanted to make it known that you do have options. I threatend legal action if my case was not closed. I meant it too. I emailed them to death. I called and complained until they got sick of me and closed the case. If you outright demand they close your case then they have to oblige. If not then you can go after them since they basically lied to get your money. THey know you have a good case against them. Just my advice.
