Complaint Review: Chime Bank Bancorp Bank

Chime Bank Bancorp Bank Would not give me my money back after I was ripped off and they had NO documentation this bank is a joke Internet only Internet

I filed a claim to Chime bank regarding unauthorized charges to my account and they denied it. I called several times, had all of the documentation and they apparently did not read any of it.  I had my personal belongings sent across state and the vendor Cocodrie Marine Service did not provide the service. I paid this moron $600. $183.00 of it was from my Chime bank account and ended up having to pay ABF Freight, who is filing suit against Cocodrie Marine Service for not paying for services and they have also contacted the FBI because the owner of cocodrie marine service, Dustin Griswold has been convicted of freight fraud shipping fraud and International shipping fraud. Chime bank had and cannot give me the documentation that they based their decision on as to why they are not giving me my money back. I am done with this bank. There motto is "the bank that has your back" not sure whos back but definitely not their customers.  I will be filing a complaint with the FDIC BBB and anyone else I can to make these people give me my money back. This is only the beginning.  They don't care about their customers. I called and their customer service reps could care less as well.  I will get my money back one way or the other.

If I understand your post correctly, you hired the Cocodrie to move your stuff and agreed to pay them $183 from Chime. They didn't perform and you had to use ABF. If you disputed this as fraud with Chime, one possible reason for their decision could be that it was a valid transaction. That is, you agreed to the payment. Instead of disputing as fraud, you should have disputed as non receipt of service. You might talk to Chime about it but please hurry as all banks have a time limit to initiate disputes.
